The best times in your life to book energy work sessions:
- When recovering from a surgery or illness.
- When you are seeking more mental clarity and freedom from feeling stressed.
- As an addition to other treatments. For example, treat yourself to an energy healing session while on a solo vacation anywhere in the world.
- When you can put aside the time to be totally alone and quiet, to receive.
Best Tip: Book your session for my last space in the day, around the time when you go to sleep (most of my working hours are noon-8 pm Pacific Time). So your day is done, you can put on your pajamas, and you can fully relax in bed, let yourself feel the experience, and drift off to sleep. I’ve had some of the best testimonials from late-night sleep sessions.
During your session, there is nothing you need to do but breathe.
Everyone has a different experience with energy healing. I am the channel or middleman. Similar to how I deliver messages. I set an intention for your healing, well-being, balance, and so on. I may set an intention for a specific type of energy. My hand chakras are open, and I can feel the energy moving through them to your name or your photo. In person, people can feel the energy coming from my hands. I feel a different energy coming through my hands for each person based on what is needed. I often share messages of what energy I feel while it is happening.
I combine energy healing modalities intuitively for each client.
You only receive energy healing to the degree that you allow your free will to receive it. I do not send energy to anyone without their consent. It is not something I send and force. It is something that flows to you, what you need to receive, and are open to receiving.
The more I do this, the more I find that messages and healing work are like a vacuum, and the strength that comes through depends upon the other person’s free will to receive, or the amount of healing they need. For example, when working on someone recently injured, the vibrations are very strong, while for someone else, it may be more of an emotional clearing.
If you are feeling stuck, stagnant, stressed, overwhelmed, or unwell in any way ~ energy healing may be beneficial for you! Benefits of energy work may include increased physical energy, mental clarity, lifting heavy emotions, reducing physical symptoms, and more. Everyone’s experience is unique.
My Intentions
Every session for every client is unique. I begin with a brief reading, holding your hand to determine the best course for your session, then an opening prayer to help you heal and balance on all levels. I then follow my intuition and scan your energy to help heal and balance, guided by the source (God), and may channel energy from any of the modalities I have been trained to work with. It is very similar to intuitive reading in the way that I channel what is needed and follow my intuition. You may also be asked if you would like to receive intuitive messages during your energy work. Most clients also prefer to hear messages while I work on them. This is unique, as most Reiki Masters are taught not to share psychic messages; however, because I am also experienced in this, I am comfortable sharing.

Types of Energy Work
Below are the energy methods I use most often with clients and their benefits.
REIKI
- I consider Reiki to be similar to chi, prana, life force, etc.
- Energy to help your body heal itself.
- Energy will go where it is needed.
- I ask for Reiki to help balance on all levels.
PRANIC HEALING
- Scanning, balancing, and cleansing of the aura, which directly influences the physical body.
ANIMAL REIKI
- Same benefits as Reiki mentioned above
- Calm nervous pets
- Help with pain
- Help with symptoms from old age
CRYSTAL REIKI
- Works with the natural crystalline structures of crystals and sacred geometry to amplify crystal energy.
- Crystals may be placed directly on the body, or crystal grids created with intentions for clients.
- Many purposes such as balancing energy, clearing, or amplifying energy for manifestation,
CRYSTAL ENERGY
- I can activate your crystals from a distance or in person to share their energy with you. Bring your favorite crystal or crystal jewelry to your next energy work session to experience this!
- Will feel buzzing and energy moving more intensely through the body to areas that need support.
MONEY REIKI
- Money Reiki is most focused on the root chakra. You are attuned to the energy of money, and the new energy of money to help improve the money consciousness on the planet. This is not an energy of greed; this is about healing the money consciousness for the positive use of money to help all. It is about using Money for good and works on many levels of consciousness. You receive both the Money Empowerment and Money Reiki when you select this healing.New sources of money or jobs may show up unexpectedly.

QUANTUM PENDULUM CLEARING
- Intense deep clearing of shadows, emotions, and potentially even memories.

TENSOR ENERGY
I have a large collection of tensor energy tools, including hula-hoop-sized copper tensor rings, a basketball-sized copper field generator, and about a dozen various wands with different attunements.
- I combine multiple modalities when working with tensor energy tools, including the unique attunements from the tensor tools themselves. As copper is conductive, this combination amplifies the energy I am sending.
DRAGON ENERGY
- This is one of the strongest energy healing systems I have encountered that can be felt physically.
- I combine multiple modalities, including Dragon Sekhem, Phoenix Rising, and Diana Cooper's dragons, to increase the energy with endless applications.
KARUNA KI REIKI
- Emotional healing
- Light shadow work
TRANCE HEALING
- This practice is a type of mediumship.
- If this is a distance session, it must be done by phone or video call so I can guide you into trance meditation with me.
- Emotional healing that feels like a warm and comforting hug.
- May help with sadness or grief.
- May experience feeling contact from your spirit guides or loved ones.
- May receive your own intuitive messages.
SUBCONSCIOUS CLEARING
- A powerful vacuum type of energy to help remove and transmute negative emotions.
- Most beneficial during shadow work or when heavy emotions are present.
Group Energy Work
All of the energy methods listed above, plus more, are available for larger groups simultaneously, either remotely or at in-person events.

How to Prepare for a Psychic Reading
For the most accurate readings, please provide any of the following. These are not required; however, they help me “tune in” to that person, item, animal, or event faster.
- Physical or digital photographs. Please have prepared photos of yourself, other people, pets, or places for distance readings. The best photos are where there is only one person/item/pet per picture. (no group photos)

The accurate spelling of a first name, addresses for reading a location, business name for a business, etc.

Meet me in person at events to hold hands for the strongest connection.
How to Prepare for Energy Work
If you are receiving remote energy work:
- Plan a time and location when you will be completely undisturbed, can turn down the lights, and relax.
- You may want to light a candle, smudge your space, or perform any other ritual to help create a peaceful space.
- You can sit or lie down in any way you choose.
- You can close your eyes during the session. I will hang up the call at the end of our session if you fall asleep. This happens often.
- I will send you any details about your session via email, such as what I noticed happening, and messages that came through for you if you fall asleep or prefer not to have a phone call during your session.
How to Send Photos
If you are receiving a reading over the phone, video chat, text, or email, I recommend providing a photo to perform your reading to establish the strongest connection.
I prefer photos with only ONE person/object/pet in each photo.
I do not look at your photos; I hold my hand over your digital photo with my eyes closed.

Questions You Can Ask
There is an endless amount of questions you can ask for your personal peace of mind, improved positive outcomes, and spiritual and emotional healing. These are just a few examples to help you prepare for a reading.
- You do not have to ask anything specific at all, just be open to the process and ask what you need to know today.
- Why is my family acting this way towards me?
- Why is my kid acting like this? What can I do to help?
- Why is my friend not talking to me?
- How can I have a better relationship with my co-worker?
Provide digital photos of people on dating apps, social media, etc., that you want to look into the energy connection with. I don’t actually look at their photos; I place my hand over the photo on your phone to make a psychic connection.
- How does this person feel about me?
- Will this connection change/improve?
- What can you do to improve this situation?
- What do you need to know for your highest and best good about this person?
- Who is your highest and best romantic partner?
Bring the names of companies you work with or plan to work with. You can also bring the names of work associates. I will help explain the emotional dynamics in the office that may be confusing.
- What is the outcome if I take job A, job B, or job C?
- Will company C hire me?
- How does my boss feel about me?
- How can I have a better relationship with my coworker?
- Will my position advance at this company?
- What is the outcome of staying with this company?
- What is my highest and best career or Life Purpose?
My Process
- For approximately 10 minutes before our scheduled time, I meditate and clear the space where the reading or energy healing will be performed.
- I pray for accurate and positive answers that you are ready to hear and will help you move forward in life. I pray over you, to connect with God/source, my angels, anyone in spirit with messages of healing, and so on.
- Allow yourself to completely relax. Imagine dropping any walls and opening your heart. Knowing that my messages are primarily positive. You are safe. If they are not positive, we can work through them by asking what you can do to improve the situation and turn it around.
- I tune into your energy. I may ask to hold your hand in person, for a first name, or a photo to focus on. These are all methods that help me connect with the energy to receive messages more clearly and faster over a phone reading. Sending your photo in advance may be helpful to avoid taking up time during your session.
- I do not wish to know your questions at first. I prefer to meditate and validate our connection. I will usually provide answers related to your questions or something currently happening in your life before you ask them, which can be validating when starting a new session.
- All of my sessions are open-ended, and I use any or all of my training and techniques as guided. You are paying only for my time.
- Better questions get better results. I believe it is your free will and intention that help me receive answers. If you ask simple, specific questions, I usually receive better, more specific answers. I often suggest more questions for you to ask.
- In my sessions, I primarily work by psychometry (touching a name or photo) or automatic writing/channeling. I receive clairvoyant impressions, clairaudient messages, and more.
Payment Methods Accepted
For phone readings, you will be asked to pay before your reading session. My order form uses PayPal, which accepts major credit cards.
For in-person readings, you will be asked for payment after your reading session ends. You may make payments via cash, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp

Rescheduling, Refunds, and Cancellations
Refunds
- If you miss your appointment time, you will not receive a refund. I will give you one opportunity to reschedule.
- If I miss your appointment, you receive a full refund.
- If I cannot make a valid connection related to you or your main question, you will receive a full refund.
- If we have technical issues or other unplanned interruptions, I will offer an option to reschedule or add more time to your booked reading so you get the full amount of time you paid for.
- I reserve the right to refuse service and may refund you for any reason.
Rescheduling
