Over the years, SpiritGuidesMe has been a creative project where I’ve updated the branding and messaging many times.
Currently, I am rebranding to Brooke Star Psychic.
If you’re not recognizing this website, or sure if you are in the right place, I’ve included previous logos and booth photos from events at the bottom of this page.
If you are curious about why I’ve shared some of my personal story below.
About my previous name, “Sada Nam Kaur”
When I started attending spiritual conferences and offering readings publicly around 2014, at the same time, I was a booked and busy marketing consultant. I was weekly hosting marketing training in board rooms, at small conferences, always hosting weekly webinars, creating Saas training videos, etc., with thousands of followers and over 20k customers. I was not ready to come out of the closet publicly with my spiritual work to the rest of my following, so the name Sada Nam helped separate my online profiles.
Sada Nam Kaur was a name given to me by a Kundalini Yoga community, and it resonated.
Sada = Infinite / Repeating
Nam – Name / Vibration of God
Kaur = Lioness
Sada Nam means repeating the name of god forever, as my purpose.
This resonated with me, as I’ve been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2002 and studying and practicing Sikhism since 2014.
The repetition of Sikh mantras (such as naam simran – sada nam!) and yoga exercises helped calm my nervous system, which changed my life and health dramatically when I started practicing.
The beliefs of Sikhism are still my primary spiritual foundation. (We are all energy, we are all one, everyone is equal, etc).
Many of my close friends still call me Sada or Sada Nam, and you are welcome to do so too.
So why is my name “Brooke Star Psychic” now?
In 2025, recovering from chronic illness, major burnout, and finally getting a diagnosis for lifelong disabilities, there was a series of serendipitous events leading to this change.
After months of being home-bound, one day I was finally physically strong enough to go to Starbucks alone to work on my laptop. I was very disheveled, wearing a black hoodie, on my MacBook, with big noise-cancelling headphones on. Looking like your typical tech worker and not approachable.
An older lady approached my table, and her first words were “God put you in front of me.“
The next thing she said was:
“The world is about to get crazy, and a lot of people are going to want to talk to you; you have to quit your job.“
I invited her to sit down, and I closed my laptop.
She explained she had been a healer and intuitive for decades. And then I shared that I could offer her messages too, and we exchanged a few readings.
This is one of countless synchronicities in my life that brought me on this path.
Soon after, I felt an undeniable pull to attend a local psychic fair. This was the second time I was strong enough to go out of the house alone. As I walked the halls, not even booking a reading at first, a few people asked, “Where is your booth?” and when I said I didn’t have one, they said, “You belong here.”
I felt a pull towards a few psychics, and they all echoed the same things as the Starbucks encounter, with none of them knowing at first that I was already a working psychic.
One of the readers said something was still holding me back, a name I had not considered… “Brooke Star”
Wow.
Back in 1999, my college best friend always called me “Brookestar”. Although you would never know it, this person was a huge fan of studying parapsychology and psychics.
And then into the practical applications…
As I looked into offering readings on more platforms, I found some psychic networks and events now required using my true first name, Brooke.
As I researched domain names and social media handles, the combination of BrookeStarPsychic was universally available (something I could never achieve with SpiritGuidesMe).
And a secret very few know about me…
As I pondered why the order of words is “Brooke Star Psychic,” I realized… I have read for the “stars.”
I don’t name-drop, and I maintain my client privacy, but I have read for many influential and famous people. So in that way, “star psychic” also fits, authentically.
