I will ask you to hold your crystal inside your non-dominant hand, palm facing up.
I ask your crystal for permission, then add a little something extra ✨✨✨✨
After I activate your crystal, you will feel it buzzing in your hand. Often, I will share a few minutes of running energy before I close our connection.
Many crystals continue buzzing for long afterwards.
Types of Crystals
Every crystal will feel different, also in relation to your own personal energy at that time.
For the strongest physical experience, choose crystals such as quartz varieties, including rose quartz, citrine, smoky, or amethyst, moldavite and other tektites, jade, hekimer diamond, kunzite, rhodizite (wow!), danburite, apophylite, phenacite, moqui marbles, or boji stones.
Some crystals may not feel as strong and be less noticeable, such as tiger’s eye, some jaspers, aragonite, agates, obsidian, fluorite, and tourmalines.
Some crystals will share their energy with you, while other crystals may act like a vacuum, absorbing your heavy emotions and pain. If you are sensitive, you will notice the crystal does not feel good to touch after your session, and will need to be cleared (sunlight, moonlight, salt water, etc). This happens most often with black crystals, smoky quartz, and jade.
What does it feel like?
If you are a highly sensitive person, you will feel the crystal energy amplify and become much stronger. For example, it may feel like a glowing pink aura is in your hand while holding a rose quartz.
In-Person Experience
I will hover my hand over your hand, while you hold the crystal. When I move my hand over yours, you may feel a magnetic pulling. Depending upon the type of crystal, it will often be buzzing.
Distance Experience
I will need to see your photo, or share a photo of the crystal in your hand. You will need to share the type of crystal and whether it is in your right or left hand. The crystal may get warm, hot, or start buzzing.
For longer sessions, here are some of the benefits clients have experienced:

I regularly include this type of crystal energy work in my longer sessions, when I have a massage table set up and my own personal collection. I place the crystals in intuitive placements on the body, along with crystal reiki.
