For the most accurate readings, please provide any of the following. These are not required; however, they help me “tune in” to that person, item, animal, or event faster.

• Physical or digital photographs. Please have prepared photos of yourself, other people, pets, or places for distance readings. The best photos are where there is only one person/item/pet per picture. (no group photos)

• The accurate spelling of a first name, addresses for reading a location, business name for a business, etc.

• Meet me in person at events to hold hands for the strongest connection.

Mediumship: Mediumship is often slower-paced and takes more time and patience than my other psychic readings. If you would like a mediumship reading, please come prepared to focus only on mediumship in your session. Only phone calls, video calls, or in-person readings with a minimum of 30 minutes can be dedicated to a mediumship reading.  First names, photos, and items of the people you would like me to connect with are always helpful. I am not able to pull names out of thin air like TV mediums; I usually need a name to start with. Often, other people connected to that person will also come through.

If you are receiving remote energy work:

• Plan a time and location when you will be completely undisturbed, can turn down the lights, and relax.
• You may want to light a candle, smudge your space, or perform any other ritual to help create a peaceful space.
• You can sit or lie down in any way you choose.
• You can close your eyes during the session. I will hang up the call or end the session if you fall asleep.
• I will send you any details about your session via email, such as what I noticed happening, and messages that came through for you if you fall asleep or prefer not to have a phone call during your session.

If you are attending an in-person energy work session:

• You may choose to dress comfortably, so you can fully relax. Also, removing shoes is requested.
• I have a standard massage table, lined with crystal healing mats underneath. You will be instructed to lie down, fully clothed, under blankets, and your eyes will be gently covered with a crystal healing mat.
• Please wear clothes that are clean and do not smell of smoking or chemical fragrances. The crystal mats beneath the bed absorb toxins and may continue to smell for myself and future clients.
• The massage table and blankets, although cleaned regularly, are frequently exposed to animals such as cats and dogs, essential oils, and incense. If you have allergies to these items, it is recommended not to use this bed.
• You may receive energy work sitting in a chair; however, it is much more powerful when fully relaxed on the crystal massage table.
• You may arrive early, and the consent forms and waivers before energy work take about 5 minutes to complete.

You are welcome to reserve an energy healing session for yourself or your pets.

I do not send energy to adults that have not directly agreed to receive energy from me (for example, I will not send energy to your spouse, extended family, friends, a person you are dating, etc).

If you are receiving a reading over the phone, video chat, text, or email, I do recommend providing a photo to perform your reading, as it helps me establish the strongest connection.

I prefer photos where there is only ONE person/object/pet in each photo.

I do not read from a group or a couple of photos, as the energy of each person is not clear.

It does not matter at what point in time the photo was taken,

I do not look at your photos; I hold my hand over your digital photo on my phone with my eyes closed.

There is an endless amount of questions you can ask for your personal peace of mind, improved positive outcomes, and spiritual and emotional healing. These are just a few examples to help you prepare for a reading.

• For approximately 10 minutes before our scheduled time, I meditate and clear the space where the reading or energy healing will be performed.
• I pray over you, to connect with God/source, my angels, anyone in spirit with messages of healing, and so on. I pray for accurate and positive answers that you are ready to hear and will help you move forward in life.
• Allow yourself to completely relax. Imagine dropping any walls and opening your heart. Knowing that my messages are primarily positive. You are safe. If they are not positive, we can work through them by asking what you can do to improve the situation and turn it around.
• I tune into your energy. I may ask to hold your hand in person, for a first name, or a photo to focus on. These are all methods that help me connect with the energy to receive messages more clearly and faster over a phone reading. Sending your photo in advance may be helpful to avoid taking up time during your session.
• I do not wish to know your questions at first. I prefer to meditate and validate our connection. I will usually provide answers related to your questions or something currently happening in your life before you ask them, which can be validating when starting a new session.
• All of my sessions are open-ended, and I use any or all of my training and techniques as guided. You are paying only for my time.
• Better questions get better results. I believe it is your free will and intention that helps me receive answers. If you ask simple, specific questions, I usually receive better specific answers. I often suggest more questions for you to ask.
• In my sessions, I primarily work by psychometry (touching a name or photo) or automatic writing/channeling. I receive clairvoyant impressions, clairaudient messages, and more. I share everything I get, as it usually doesn't make sense to me, but it does to you. I also may work with tarot, oracle cards, pendulum, map scrying, etc., if I feel it will help.

How to Pay

For phone readings, you will be asked to pay before your reading session. My order form uses PayPal, which accepts major credit cards.

For in-person readings, you will be asked for payment after your reading session ends. You may make payments via cash, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp

Refunds

• If you miss your appointment time, you will not receive a refund. I will give you one opportunity to reschedule.
• If I miss your appointment, you receive a full refund.
• If I cannot make a valid connection related to you or your main question, you will receive a full refund. This is extremely rare and is usually sorted out within the first 10 minutes, where I will cancel the call and process a refund.  To date, this has only happened when someone is testing me with fake names or pressuring me for unrealistic outcomes, such as answering many complicated questions, pressure to deliver quickly, which does not allow me to relax and tune in.
• If we have technical issues or other unplanned interruptions, I will offer an option to reschedule or add more time to your booked reading so you get the full amount of time you paid for.
• I reserve the right to refuse service and may refund you for any reason.

Rescheduling
